> How is the repair carried out?
Our tailoring workshop will check the damage to the garment and evaluate if the repair is feasible. It will be difficult to repair damage such as cuts/holes in the fabric that are not along the seams or are on smooth boudin-free garments, or on very dated garments. If the damage cannot be repaired, but the item is new and under warranty, we will replace the item. If the garment is repairable, our tailoring department will issue an estimate where it will specify how the repair will take place.
> What is the cost of the repair?
The cost of the repair is almost never estimated without our tailoring department being able to see the garment. To do this, following your request, we will organise a collection at the address you indicated and we will submit the reported problem to our experts. If the repair is feasible, a repair estimate will be created. If you accept this, you will be provided with payment details which will include the repair and the cost of shipping (collection and delivery). Otherwise, we will send the item back to you, only asking for the shipping costs.
> Is it OK for me not to accept the quote?
Of course. If you do not want to accept the estimate, we will only ask you for the costs of collecting and returning the garment.
>If the repair is at my expense, how do I pay for it?
We will provide you with the payment details through our customer care service.
>How many days does it take for the repaired item to be sent back?
Repair times cannot be estimated in advance. The repair takes place within a few days after the item arrives at our office. The return is arranged immediately after the repair if it is being carried out free of charge, however, if it is at the customer’s expense, it will be arranged as soon as payment is received.
